So, I've been a vegetarian (with occasional, often sushi related, fish-eating habits) for many years, and recently began to shy away from dairy. I decided to go with it, and become a vegan (with occasional, often sushi-related, fish-eating habits). My quest for the perfect seitan has led me here, and I hope that my recipes will show people that veganism is not that hard and can really help you eat more purposefully. Plus, I don't take myself too seriously. That's good, right?
